Coaching Process/Packages

Coaching Process:

I conduct most of my coaching sessions via the telephone.
Face-to-face sessions are available upon request. The sessions are 30-60 minutes in duration and are paid in advance by credit cards (Visa or Master Card) or check (this shows a serious commitment is being made); you pay your own telephone costs to call in for your sessions.
You are in charge of your own destiny, disclosing new concerns, past actions, new goals, techniques you wish to use to accomplish the new goals. Like a fitness coach (who might require a regimen of specific behaviors to help you become a more effective player), I often assign homework, which I hold you accountable to complete as agreed upon.

Each coaching plan includes the development of clear objectives and goals for the coaching process. The phases of the plan are as follows:

Phase 1 – Identify developmental objectives and goals for the person to be coached. This involves creating an overall strategic direction and game plan.

Phase 2 – Discuss and share these objectives and goals with the coachee so that expectations are clear and defined. Create buy-in for the executive coaching process through commitment and dedication to the desired outcome.

Phase 3 – Create an overall game plan that establishes goals and an action plan for the coaching process. This personalized action plan is necessary for long-term behavior change and sustainability.

Phase 4 – Conduct coaching sessions and interact via email between the scheduled sessions so the executive/manager feels supported and guided in making the desired changes.

Phase 5 – Implement the required action and changed behavior so that the desired results can be gained. This involves providing the necessary support through consistent follow-up so that progress is made, behavior changed, skills developed, and results gained.


Coaching Packages:

Platinum
• Flat Rate, 1-2 phone sessions per week, 30-120 minutes, including unlimited e-mail and weekly phone check-in (5 - 15 minutes) in-between sessions as agreed in contract between Coach and Client.

Gold
• 4 phone sessions per month, 30-60 minutes, including unlimited e-mail and 1 weekly phone check-in (5 minutes) in-between sessions.

Silver
• 3 phone sessions per month, 30-60 minutes, including unlimited e-mail inquiries and up to 3 monthly phone check-ins (5 minutes) in-between sessions.

Bronze
• 2 phone sessions per month, 30-60 minutes, including unlimited e-mails and up to 2 monthly phone check-ins (5 minutes) in-between sessions.
